The property's location by the river was great, and the staff were incredibly accommodating throughout my stay.

The hotel was a vacation base for enjoying a market area, close enough to supermarket and bus terminal and the river. The room we had was tidy and large with set breakfast, a desk for working plus a queen size bed.

Eurotel Naga is in a fantastic location near the market. the hotel is situated right by the center and the Penafrancia Fluvial Festival. - It is conveniently close to the river where the Penafrancia Fluvial Festival takes place.

The hotel's central location across from the bustling public market is convenient for exploring the city. the cozy rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and good water pressure in the clean bathrooms. the friendly staff provides excellent service and caters to guests' needs, even transferring them to a room as booked. the breakfast serves tasty options.

One guest experienced noise from outside the room, which affected sleep quality.

Got two complimentary drinks that we enjoyed and daily breakfast was included. Location was near malls and restaurants, making it easy to tour the city. the room was spacious and adequately furnished.

The beddings had a weird smell and we found some stains on the bedsheet upon check-in. the towels were not replaced daily, so we had to ask for fresh ones repeatedly.

The location was great as it was near the river where the festival was taking place and because of this reason it was easy to immerse ourselves in the festivities. the staff was helpful, particularly Ivan, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The Christmas ambiance was decent, with some decorations that we enjoyed.

It was rather unhygienic and made the stay quite uncomfortable. the regular rate was more reasonable than the one during the festival, which is unfair for tourists with a budget.
